Daliwoi Bay

For our first camp at Gove we chose Daliwoi Bay as this seemed to offer us better overall comfort than other options such as Macassans, Little Bondi or Turtle Beach.

We spent the day setting up camp for an extended stay and popped the boat in for a quick fish, catching two GT’s which we released. While its fairly windy there are enough sheltered areas to get out of the breeze (understatement) while fishing. It comes down to the lesser of two evils, sandflies or wind!
